Resilient arms that survive the full summer season need a consistent plan. Pitching Class will help you solidify your arm care routine to build strength in a monthly progression. We will work on having the correct warm-up and movement drills, execution of warm up with J-Bands, plyo-balls and exercises pre and post throwing. This class will fine tune your focus on dynamic mechanics and proper pitch design to execute pitching to target and strategies to get outs in games.
